

Leonie
Reisberg, MFA, MPS, ATR-BC has practiced art therapy with children of all
ages since 1984. Leonie has a Masters of Professional Services in Art Therapy
and Creativity from Pratt Institute and is Board Certified by the American Art
Therapy Association. Leonie also has a Masters in Fine Arts from the School of
the Art Institute of Chicago. In addition to her private practice, Leonie was a
member of the staff of New York Methodist Hospital, an adjunct professor of art
therapy at Long Island University, and supervises other professional art
therapists. She is currently a casual lecturer at La Trobe University.
Co-Therapists
Lea Dalgleish MAATh AATR is a fully qualified art therapist who has worked with both children and adults since graduating from University of Western Sydney in 1995. Her sensitivity and genuine rapport with children combined with her creativity and playfulness make her a valuable member of the team.
Laura McMann is a qualified teacher who has worked with
children who have struggled with their social skills. She understands
how difficult it can be navigating oneself through the school social
arena. She has helped many children find a comfortable place for
themselves both in and out of the classroom.
Cost- The fee for the 10 week social skills groups is AUD $600 and this includes a one hour meeting with each child's parents to discuss and evaluate the progress of their child. This will be held in the second part of the 10 weeks.
